Tri-Therapy is an affordable  Massage, Skincare and ShapeTherapy Business based in Hillcrest, Kwazulu Natal. I the owner and therapist Cindy Stevenson am internationally trained and qualified and I work with passion and confidence, giving each client the best treatment possible. My therapies  are designed to de-stress, detox and assist your body and mind into relaxation and balance. It is policy to make sure that time is allowed either side of treatments to ensure that you the client are completely relaxed and not made to feel rushed. I believe in the success of combined therapies which make treatments more affordable and more successful and have ultimately lead me to the name Tri-Therapy. I believe strongly in the effectiveness of massage therapy but ultimately there is only one Healer! Client care, environment, quality and quantity are of extreme importance to me and some of the amazing feedback I receive is just a small confirmation of this. In my personal journey and education in therapy I have taken with me the aspects I agree with and left behind those I have felt do not have a solid foundation according to my faith. I believe in the God-given tools we have  to nurture ourselves  towards health, happiness and strength.

I believe in the concept of the Hawaiin healing massage and the breath of life and love it gives to people. It is the foundation upon which all my treatments are designed and its beautiful teachings filter into my own life, nurturing me and moulding me into a better more loving, more appreciating individual daily. Aloha massage is not just a therapy, it is a way of life!
